How To Register
Please download, fill out forms then email the complete forms to julianasdance@yahoo.com
To register we require September and June tuition as well as a $50 registration fee for recreational students and $100 registration fee for our competition students.
We do need new paperwork for all students at the studio. Please make sure your forms are filled out completely.
Please reference the Weissman and Kelle Size charts to help fill out this form. If you have any questions about measuring or sizing please let us know.
Upon receipt of the forms above, Juliana's Office Staff will call or email you to schedule payment. At that time you can turn in this final form filled out for office use. DO NOT EMAIL THIS FORM.
Pricing
½ hour class: $50/month
45 minute class: $70/month
1 hour class: $80/month
1 ½ hour class: $110/month
2 hour class: $135/month
Registration Fee: $50
Discounts:
$5 off each additional class you take up to four classes.
2nd child: Will be $5 off first class and then discount from above will apply for each additional class taken.
3rd child: Free
- There are no discounts or make ups for missed classes. Makeups will only happen if we close due to weather.
- Classes start September and run through June
- All tuition fees are due the 1st of every month. After the 1st a $25 late fee will be applied to your account.
- If you decide to drop for any reason, you must fill out a drop out form at the office before the first of the month or you will be charged for the next month. If you change classes, you must fill out a change of class form located at the office.
- Classes must have at least four dancers to run. We will transfer you to another class if yours does not run.
- There are no refunds on money paid.

General Information
Tuition
-1st month, last month, and registration fee due at sign up.
-Tuition due on the 1st of the month regardless if the studio is open on the 1st or not.
-If tuition is not paid on time, there will be a $25 late fee applied to your total. This late fee will increase $10 every week it is late. There are no exceptions to this rule.
-Please fill out the credit card authorization portion of your registration packet. All cards will be automatically run on the 1st. Should your card be declined a $25 late fee will be added to your total.
-There are no discounts or refunds. You may only receive your June payment back if you fill out a drop out form before October 1st.
-All returned checks will receive a $35 fee.

Studio Closings
2023-2024 Season scheduled closings coming soon!
We follow Lamphere public schools for school closings. We will announce by 1:00 on all social media if we will be closed due to weather.
Recital Dates & Rehearsal

Costumes
Costumes range between $70-$80 per class.
There are no refunds on costumes.
Parents will measure and turn in a costume form with size selected.

Hip Hop: Balera Urban Groove Sneaker or any black/ white converse like sneaker. **We are asking that no street shoes are worn in the studio. You can order one of these shoes to wear in the recital please.**
